The bathroom should be renovated from the ground up and meet current and future requirements. A partially barrier-free solution was sought, but it had to be appealing.
The customer wanted a bidet, her husband a bench to rest, dry off and relax. By omitting the tub, the shower with a height-adjustable shower panel could be a little larger. Space was created for the bench and the bidet. This bench can also be found in the shower, as there should be no folding seat. The walls were half-height covered with large-format tiles. The filling of the remaining wall surfaces gives the room a homely touch.
The double vanity opposite the shower offers both bathroom users a personal retreat. The two cupboards contain the essentials and are also
different in color and can be opened from the personal washbasin.
