It will start soon.  As a young journeyman, you will be introduced to working independently. You will take on the handling of smaller orders or, in the case of larger projects, will be entrusted with special tasks by experienced fitters. The flexible assignment in different departments provides the necessary experience for your professional advancement.

Continue with experience. As soon as you have gained enough experience working independently, you will carry out complete projects as a project fitter. Your tasks include the independent organization of the customer order and the necessary communication with customers and project managers.

Project Manager

Overview required. Demanding construction projects require a project manager with an overview on site. If you have it, you can take over the overall planning, the deployment of the fitters and the monitoring of the process. On the construction site, you coordinate the processes with all companies involved and are the first point of contact for the customer.
