In a residential and commercial building, the technology such as sanitary, heating and electrical systems was renewed. Subsequently, all basement rooms were reworked, fire protection doors were reinstalled and everything was renewed all around.
A task that the architects, engineers and all the craftsmen involved in the Schramm team were happy to implement with a great deal of commitment.

“The roof is due now” were the first words of our customer.
The large single-family house from the 1930s had a very large attic that had not previously been used for residential purposes. The roof was now to be energetically renovated and it therefore made sense to develop the fallow areas and make them usable as living space. More dormers were approved and the attic was expanded with 3 living rooms and a shower room.
